How do I check my order status?

-You can check your order status online in our customer service section. Enter your purchase identification number to review the status of your purchase.

 

Product Questions:

Are all the items listed new?

-Every item listed for sale is new. They are only opened to unlock or install software then placed into their original packaging to be shipped.

Can I request any customization to my FireTV purchase?

-Since your new FireTV device is opened for the first time once you place your order, we welcome and customization requests. Customization options include Menus such as Movies, TV Shows, Music, Games or a special background image, system template or particular content type in addition to Kodi’s Exodus.

What kind of FireTV Box do you sell?

-The Amazon FireTV Boxes are unlocked and include Kodi, an Alexa voice control remote and 4K Ultra High Definition capabilities.

Which FireTV Stick do you sell?

-The Amazon FireTV Sticks are unlocked with Kodi installed. They are the newest FireTV sticks with Alexa voice commands.

 

Shipping & Returns:

Do you ship orders internationally?

-No, orders can only be shipped within the United States.

How can I track the location of my order?

-Once your order ships, you will receive an email with the tracking number for your package.

How long will it take for my item to be delivered?

-Orders are shipped within 3 business days of purchase and send by 2 day Priority Mail by the United States Postal Service.

How will my order be shipped?

-All orders are shipped within 3 business days of purchase and will arrive through the United States Postal Service.

Can I return my purchase if I’m not satisfied?

-Yes, a 30 day return policy is offered for all purchases. Your order will be fully refunded minus the cost for return shipping.

I returned my purchase, how long will it be before my refund is received?

-After your return is received, please allow up to 2 business days for the refund to be processed. Keep in mind the return shipment may take 2-3 days to be delivered.

 

Payment Questions:

Can I pay less than the Buy Now price?

-You may submit a reasonable offer for consideration for any of the products listed.

Do you offer discounts?

-Discounts are sometimes offered on orders containing 2 items or more. Be sure to view item images for current discounts being offered.

What form of payment do you accept?

-All orders are processed using PayPal.

 

Warranty & Support:

What do I do if my package arrives damaged?

-Please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to take care of it. We insure all items for the full purchase price. We will do everything in our power to get you an acceptable replacement or refund your order.

What if I cannot get my device working upon receiving it, do you offer support?     

-Yes, if you cannot setup your device, feel free to send a message and we will be happy to walk you through the steps to get your device in use.
